扁锭热过程用二维有限长圆筒模型的模拟计算

Simulating Computation of the Thermal History of Slab Ingots by Using A Two-Dimentional Finite Length Circular Ring Model

  • 摘要: 建立了扁锭冷却、保温和加热过程的二维有限长圆筒模型。利用该模型可以进行扁锭整体传热的研究。模型计算结果和实测数据很吻合,这说明该模型是可靠的。

     

    Abstract: A two-dimensional finite length circular ring mathematical model during the cooling, heat preservation and heating process of slab ingots has been developed. The model can be used to study the heat transfer of a entire slab ingots. The calculated results from this model are in good agreement with the actual measurements, and these indicate that the model is valid.
