滚齿机分度链短周期误差的补偿

The Compensation Experiment on the Short-period Error in the Gear Hobbing Machine Transmission System

  • 摘要: 以控制理论和时序理论为基础,提出了一种适于生产应用的滚齿机短周期误差动态补偿方法,建立了补偿控制系统。通过实验研究和计算机仿真,认为该方法是可行的和有效的。

     

    Abstract: Based on the theory of control and time scries, a new dynamic way to compensate the short-period error of the gear hobbing machine is put forward. It is suited for application in production. The control system of compensation is also built up. The feasibility and effectiveness of this way is analyzed with the experiment and simulation test in computer.
