起动工作制滚筒式飞剪的综合分析

Comprehensive Analysis of Rotary Flying Shears in a Starting Working State

  • 摘要: 对起动工作制滚筒式飞剪刃剪的回转半径和传动系统的传动速比进行分析,从而得到了剪刃回转半径和传动速比对飞剪的起动性能、传动系统的强度、主电机的负载等的影响,为设计者合理地确定剪刃回转半径和传动速比提供了理论依据。

     

    Abstract: For rotary flying shears in a starting working state, it have an obvious effect of the rotary radius of its knife-edge and the ratio of its drive gear on the starting time, the strength of the driving parts and the operating load of main motor. The rotary radius of the knife-edge and the ratio of the drive gear are expressed.
