油气混吹冷却铁水预处理底吹氧风口

A New Cooling Method of Oxygen Bottom-Blown Tuyere in Hot Metal Pretreatment Process

  • 摘要: 在使用轻质油品冷却铁水预处理底吹氧风口时,遇到了较严重的风口环缝的结炭堵塞,以及风口冷却操作的不稳定问题。文中就此提出并尝试了油混氮气或二氧化碳气体冷却风口的方法。理论和实践均表明,该方法可以避免管壁结炭现象,同时兼有促进风口稳定操作的良好效果。

     

    Abstract: The tuyere annulus of hot metal pretreatment process was often blocked up by deposit carbon when light oil was used as coolant and the operation of tuyere cooling was very unstable. A new method was studied in which N2 and CO2 was blown with oil simultaneously, in order to prevent the carbon deposition from annulus and improve the stability of the tuyere cooling. This method is very effective for stable tuyere cooling.
