成形路径对钢板织构成形极限的影响

Change of Texture Under Different Strain Paths and Influence on Forming Limit

  • 摘要: 完成了冲压过程中可能出现的几种应变路径(单向拉伸、等双向拉伸、单拉-等双拉、等双拉-单拉路径)和不同应变量共14种状态的极图测定,分析了各种情况下织构的变化,讨论了材料取向的变化对于复杂路径成形极限的影响。

     

    Abstract: The work, tests 14 pole figures for steel sheet under some strain paths, i.e. tension, equibiaxialstretching, uniaxialtension-equibiaxialstretching and equibiaxialstretching-uniaxialtension, and different strains. Texture influence on forming limit is discussed.
