不锈钢板坯凝固传热数学模型

A Mathematical Model of Heat Transfer of Solidification Process of Continuous Casting of Stainless Steel Slab

  • 摘要: 研制了不锈钢板坯连铸凝固传热数学模型,用以预报连铸各参数的冶金效果,如铸坯的温度场、液芯长度、凝固坯壳的厚度等,模型具有多功能性。经生产应用验证,模型具有实用性。

     

    Abstract: A mathematical model of heat tratsfor of solidification process of continuous casting stainless steel slab is proposed. This model is aimed at fo-rcasting the metallurgical effects of operation processing parameters, such as temperature field of slab, the deepness of liquid pool, the thickness of solidification shell of stab, in continuous casting. A lot of functions is available with the model. It has been proved that this model can be used in helping operation of continuous casting, especially in studying and improving operation process of continuous casting.
