重型钎杆用钢40SiMnCrMoV

40SiMnCrMoV Heavy Duty Drill Rod

  • 摘要: 在H2O和5%NaCl水溶液中以浸泡试验用腐蚀增重和腐蚀失重法测量,并结合机械性能进行分析,可以认为40SiMnCrMoV钢完全可以代替40SiMnMoV和40CrNi3Mo钢制做重型钎杆。

     

    Abstract: The imersion test was performed in H2O and NaCl 5% aqueous solution in order to measure the corrosion weight loss or weight gain of the steel. In combination with their mechanical properties, it is concluded that 40SiMnCrMoV steel can be substituted for 40CrNi3Mo or 40SiMnMoV steel in the case of heavy-duty drill rod.
