Manganese Equilibrium Between FeO-MnO-MgO-SiO2 Slags and Molten Iron

  • 摘要: 利用炉渣结构的共存理论处理FeO-MnO-MgO-SiO2熔渣和铁液间锰的平衡问题后,证明K'_\rmMn = \fracN_\rmMnON_\rmFeO\% Mn不因炉渣碱度而改变,是相当守常的。从该规律出发计算得出的%Mn与实测的%Mn是符合的,从而证明所推导的计算模型可以反映上述四元渣系的实际情况。

     

    Abstract: Manganese equilibrium between FeO-MnO-MgO-SiO2 slags and molten iron has been analyzed by use of the coexistence theory of slag structure. It is shown that K'_\rmMn = \fracN_\rmMnON_\rmFeO\% Mn does not change with basicities, and maintains constant in considerable extent. Calculated %Mn by use of the above regularity agree with the measured values. This in turn shows that the deduced calculating model of mass action concentrations for FeO-MnO-MgO-SiO2 slags reflects the characteristics of this slag system.
