哈尔顿飞剪非圆齿轮匀速机构设计

Design of the HALLDEN Flying Shear's Non-Circle Gear Equal Speed Mechanism

  • 摘要: 采用理论解析方法,提出了恒能传动非圆齿轮速比函数和节曲线方程的形式;又根据飞剪剪切工艺要求的匀速条件、确定了速比函数和节曲线方程中各常数项之间的关系和求解公式;进一步提出了设备使用时的正确调整方法,系统地完善了非圆齿轮匀速机构的设计理论。

     

    Abstract: By studying the condition of the uniform energy drive about three meshed non-circle gears, speed ratio functions of the equal speed mechanism in the flying shear and pitch curve functions of non-circle gears were developed. According to the demand of cutting operation, all constant factors in the functions can be calculated by several equations which have been analytically developed. The adjusting method for this mechanism in use has been introduced too.
