低碳含铌高强度钢流动应力数学模型

A Mathematical Model of Flow Stress of High Strength Steel Containing Low Carbon and Niobium

  • 摘要: 采用恒应变速率的凸轮式高速形变试验机,测定了低碳含铌高强度钢在热轧变形条件下的流动应力。变形条件为:变形温度750~1150℃;应变率0. 06~0.69;应变速率5~80s-1钢中铌含量0%~0.12%。分析了铌含量、变形温度、应变率和应变速率对流动应力的影响。所建立的数学模型具有较高的拟合精度,实验建立的流动应力数学模型可供工程计算以及轧钢生产计算机控制使用。

     

    Abstract: Using camplastometer with high and constant strain rate the flow stress of low carbon nio-birm containing (Nb 0%~0.12%) steels has been investigated. The deformation Temp, are 750°~1150℃, strain rate are 5~80s-1, acount deformation 0.06~0.69. The effects of Niobium content, T, ε and ε on the flow stress of steel were analysised, and a model of flow stress for these steels with precise draft were established. This model can be used for computer control in rolling mill.
