生铁固态脱碳法制备工业纯铁

Making Industrial Pure Iron by Solid State Decarbonization

  • 摘要: 本文提出一种铁水粒化-固态脱碳-电炉重熔制备工业纯铁的新工艺。研究了时间,温度,氧化气体成分和粒铁粒度对脱碳的影响,并找出了最佳脱碳条件。在实验室中制备出含碳量低于0.025%合格的工业纯铁。这项新技术有显著的经济效益,它为中小钢铁厂开发新产品找到了出路。

     

    Abstract: A new way for making industrial pure iron is put forward. It includes three steps-hot metal granulation,solid state decarbonization and electric furnace melting down. The influence of time, temperature, mixture gas composition and granulated pig iron size on decarbonization ratio has been stuided. The optimum decarbonization index is obtained. The qualified industrial pure iron whose carbon content is below 0.025% has been made in laboratory. This new technique has evident economic benifit and provides a new way to explore new product for medium and small scale iron and steel works.
