用热模拟机研究86Cr3钢的淬透性

The Research of Hardenability of 86Cr3 Steel on Thermal Simulator

  • 摘要: 用Gleeble-1500型热模拟试验机对86Cr3钢的淬透性进行了研究,对顶端淬火法和热摸拟法进行了对比试验,结果表明:Gleeble-1500型热摸拟试验机测定高淬透性钢的淬透性,比传统的试验方法更具有实用性,且成本低、周期短,因此可以做为研究测定高淬透性的新方法。

     

    Abstract: It is described the study of hardenability of 86Cr3 steel by useing Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator. This study has made a contrast test between jominy test and thermal simulate test. The result showed that the method of measuring the hardenability of a high hardenability steel by useing Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator is clearer and more useful than that by jominy test. The cost and test period are low and short respectively. So it can be used as new method for study of hardenability of high hardenability steel.
