线材轧制孔型诊断系统

Diagnosis System of Roll Pass for Wire Rod

  • 摘要: 开发了计算机辅助孔型诊断系统。该系统以软件工程的技术为指导,可对孔型设计中的各种约束条件进行诊断,并对不合理的孔型给出修改方案。生产实践表明:该系统诊断正确,修改迅速。

     

    Abstract: In order to use the technology of Computer Aided Roll Pass Design(CARD) to reform old steel plants, a computer aided roll pass diagnosis system was developed. Based on the Software Engineering, the system can diagnose all kinds of requirements in roll pass design and revise the wrong pass schedules. The practice showed that the diagnoses were correct, the revising was fast.
