极限电流型氧化锆电极氧传感器的研究

Study on Limit-Current Oxygen Sensor Using Zirconia Electrolyte

  • 摘要: 从热力学和动力学出发,推导出该传感器的极限电流公式,从理论上找到了极限电流值与氧摩尔分数、气体扩散系数、温度和小孔几何尺寸等因素的关系。并推导出传感器的响应时间公式。

     

    Abstract: The equations describing the limit current in the normal diffusion region or knudsen diffusion region are estabished from the viewpoint of thermodynamics and kinetics. The factors, which influence the limit current in above regions, that is, oxygen concentration, temperature, gas diffusion coeffience, pressure, and geometric parameters (area and length) of the diffusion hole are theoretically considered. The response time equation of the sensor is formulated as well.
