碳纤维和镀铜碳纤维与涂料复合后的电阻率

Electric Resistance of Varnish Mixed with CF and Copper-Plated CF

  • 摘要: 测定了碳纤维-清漆、表面处理碳纤维-清漆及镀铜碳纤维-清漆复合涂层的表面电阻率。得到了表面电阻率与涂层中碳纤维含量及涂层层数之间的关系。观察了上述3种涂层的显微形貌,并讨论了它们的导电机制。

     

    Abstract: The surface electric resistivity of composite coatings of CF-varnish, surface treated CF-varnish and Cu-plated CF-varnish is measured. The relationship of surface resistivity with CF contens in coating and the number of coatings is determined. Micro-morphology of above-mentioned three types of coating is observed and their electric conduction mechanism is discussed.
