铝合金动态再结晶模型

A Dynamic Recrystallization Model of Al-alloys

  • 摘要: 本文提出了一个材料性质参数Kmax,用该参数可把铝合金分为两类:在Kmax<0.1的铝合金中只能发生连续动态再结晶,并且不能进行完全;在Kmax>0.1的铝合金中只能发生不连续动态再结晶。本文还讨论了热形变铝合金亚组织的特点。

     

    Abstract: A parameter Kmax indicating the nature of the materials has been suggested by present work with which the Al-alloys can be classified into two categories:in alloys with Kmax<0.1 only continuous dynamic recrystallization can occur and it cannot proceed completely; in alloys with Kmax>0.1 occurs only dynamic recrystallization. The characteristics of the dynamic recrystallization of Al-alloys has been discussed.
