二次阳极氧化工艺参数对摩擦系数的影响

Effect of Reanodizing Technological Factors on Friction Coefficient

  • 摘要: 研究了二次阳极电解法在氧化膜沉积固体润滑剂工艺中各参数对摩擦系数的影响。发现溶液浓度、电流密度和pH值等对摩擦系数无明显的直接影响,但它们可与处理时间匹配能改变膜的色泽。膜的色泽加深使摩擦系数降低。加热处理可降低摩擦系数,当有氩气保护时,这种作用更为明显。分析了二次阳极处理后膜的摩擦系数下降的机理。

     

    Abstract: The effect of reanodizing techological factors on friction coefficient of lubricant anodic film was investigaed. Results revealed that the influence of reanodizing current density pH value and concentration of (NH4)2MoS4 solution on friction coefficient were all indirect. The colorness of reanodizing film was adjusted by these factors connected with reanodizing time. High temperature post-treatment, particularly in Ar2 environment, could further more lower friction coefficient. Also the mechanism of lowering of friction coefficient after reanodizng treatment was discussed.
