硫酸铵-Tris改进剂石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定镉

Determination of Cadmium by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry Using Ammonium Sulphate-Tris modifier

  • 摘要: 拟订了测定环境及生物样品中镉的平台石墨炉原子吸收光谱法。用硫酸铵和三羟甲基氨基甲烷(简称Tris)作为化学改进剂。在该混合改进剂的存在下,镉的允许灰化温度提高到850℃,与(NH4)3PO4-Mg(NO3)2或(NH4)2HPO4-HPO3作改进剂相比,测镉的灵敏度也得到改善。研究了稳定作用机理。

     

    Abstract: A method has been developed for the determination of Cd in enviromental and biological samples by platform graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Ammonium sulphate and tris-(hydroxymethyl)-aminomethane (Tris) were employed as a chemical modifier. The tolerable pyrolysis temperature for Cd was raised to 850℃ in the presence of modifier, the sensitivity for the determination of Cd was also improved if compared with that obtained by using (NH4)3PO4-Mg(NO3)2 and (NH4)2PO4-HNO3 as chemical modifier.
