稀相气固两相垂直管流内的固相浓度和粘度

Concentration and Viscosity of Solid Phase in a Fully Developed Dilute Gas-Solid Vertical Flow

  • 摘要: 在忽略径向惯性力和粘性项的条件下,建立了稀相气固两相垂直管流内充分发展段的固相浓度分布模型,并在对模型进行分析的基础上,得出了浓度分布模式的成立条件.运用Hinze-Tchen公式及混合长理论得到固相湍流粘度的计算模型,通过计算得到固相湍流交换系数随Regdp/D及\bar ρp/\bar ρg等数的变化规律.

     

    Abstract: A mathematical model of concentration in a fully developed dilute gas-solid vertical flow was developed by neglecting inert and viscous terms of radius direction.And the existing conditions of some modes of concentration distribution were obtained through the analysis of the model.Based on Hinze-Tchen formula and theory of mixing length,a mathematical model of viscosity of solid phase was gotten,and the factors that affect the viscosity were analysed by the calculation of the model.
