锌层对深冲镀锌板r值的影响

The Effect of Coat on the r Value of Galvanized Sheets

摘要

摘要: 通过对镀锌板和裸钢板r值的实测,并通过扫描电镜观察和理论分析,提出锌层在单向拉伸过程中出现的横向裂纹是造成r值下降的主要原因.

Abstract: It is known that the r-value of steel sheets is decreased due to galvanizing.In the paper, the influences of galvanizing coat on r-value has been investigated by tensile test, SEM examination and theoretical analysis.The research shows that the transversal cracks in the coat is the main cause of decreasing r-value.
