煤粉喷吹使高炉风口磨损的预测模型

A Mathematical Model to Predict the Erosion of BF Tuyere Due to the Pulverized Coal Injection

  • 摘要: 本文分析了喷吹煤粉对高炉风口的磨损机理,建立了预测风口磨损的数学模型,并对模型进行了求解.结果表明,风口因磨损而破损的寿命与喷吹量、风口材质、风口几何尺寸及热风速度等因素有关.

     

    Abstract: The mechanisms of BF tuyere erosion due to pulverized coal injection (PCI) was analysed and a mathematical model was developed to predict the erosion. The calculated results of the model show that the service life of the tuyere due to PCI erosion has a very close relation with injection rate, characteristics of tuyere materials, geometrical shape of the tuyere and blast velocity etc.
