基体组织对轧制白口铁抗磨性的影响

The Influence of Matrixes on Wear-resistance of Rolled White Cast Iron

  • 摘要: 通过对不同基体组织轧制白口铁的金相组织、磨损表面和机械性能的分析,研究了具有不同基体组织轧制白口铁的磨损机理.结果表明:轧制白口铁的磨损机理随其基体的不同而变化,贝-马复合基体的轧制白口铁具有很强的抵抗冲击磨损的能力.

     

    Abstract: The abrasive mechanism of rolled white cast iron with various matrixes are studied by investigating the microstructure, abrasive surface and mechanical properties of specimens.The results show that the abrasive mechanism is different for various matrixes and the B/M composite matrix rolled white iron is one of the best materials against impact abrasion.
