A New Technology of Drawing Special Wires with Roller Dies

  • 摘要: 本文提出了二连式滚模拉拔异型丝新工艺的可行性.在实验研究的基础上,给出了二连式滚模拉拔异型丝的力学特点和变形特点,并得出了实用滚摸孔型系统和孔型设计的基本规律.

     

    Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to show investigations on the dynamics and the deformation of special-shaped wire drawing with roller dies,researchs for proper groove design and development of the roller dies for practical use.
