高炉冷却壁温度场分布与热流强度的关系

The Temperature Distribution of Blast Furnace Staves and Its Relationship with Heat Flux

  • 摘要: 本文阐述了高炉冷却壁在稳定状态下的温度分布的数值解析方法,分析了热流强度对铜冷却壁和铸铁冷却壁最高温度的影响,比较了铜冷却壁与铸铁冷却壁的优劣.

     

    Abstract: This paper has described a numerical method calculating temperature distribution of blast furnace staves under steady state,and analysed the effect of the heat flux on maximum temperature zone of copper staves and cast iron staves. Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of copper staves and cast iron staves have been compared.
