线阵CCD用于热轧带钢头部形状检测

Detecting the Shape of Hot Strip Head Area with Linear CCD

  • 摘要: 本文将线阵CCD用于热轧带钢头部形状检测,提出空间坐标对应概念;给出图像二值化相关参数选取指导思想;针对带钢头部形状特殊性给出输入图像的滤波方法.实验效果良好.

     

    Abstract: Linear CCD used in detecting the shape of hot strip head area is discussed in this paper. The idea of three dimensions coordinate corresponding to the strip shape and temperature as well as how to select the relative parameters about two value image is described.According to specifiity of hot strip a digital filter is designed. The whole systerm has good result in laboratory,and make it easier that linear CCD used in head catting of hot strip optimally.
