The Research of Soaking Process of Grinding Wheels and Its Cutting Action

  • 摘要: 研究了碘化钾浸泡刚玉系砂轮的磨削机理及最佳工艺.结果表明,采用碘化钾浸泡刚玉系砂轮可减轻砂轮表面糊塞和粘屑现象,降低磨削温度,减小磨削力,改善磨削表面质量,该方法简单易行,成本低.

     

    Abstract: This paper describes the optimized soaking process and its cutting action of the wheels soaked in KI solution. By employing the soaked wheel, the pores cloging and chip sticking on the surface of the wheel are greatly improved, which results in the lower cutting force and temperature and improved surface quality. Besides the simple soaking process, it is also convenient and inexpensive.
