变频调速中的电压测量技术

A Technique of Measuring Voltage in VVVF Frequency Convert Speed Control

  • 摘要: 以MCS8098单片机为核心,提出一种新的测量技术.在硬件上采用同步采样技术,在软件上实现准同步算法,并且采取了预先存准同步采样权系数和正、余弦值在EEPROM2864的中的方法,提高其实时性,利用傅立叶变换,得到频域的各次谐波结果,准确地在线测量了变频调速的谐波,并给出了实验结果.

     

    Abstract: A new technique of measuring voltage in VVVF frequency converting speed control is presented. Basing on single chip microcomputer MCS-8098, the technique uses synchronous sampling in hardware and quasisynchrouous sampling in programming. Some other techniques speeding up the running velocity of programming are also suggested. By DFT, an accuate result can be obtained for each harmonics.
