稀土对钢耐大气腐蚀性能的影响

The Effect of Rare Earths on Resistance to Atomospheric Corrosion of Steels

  • 摘要: 采用户外暴露试验、周浸法和交流阻抗法测定了稀土对碳钢(A3)、08CuPv和09CuPTi的耐大气腐蚀性能,实验表明,稀土能改善08CuPv和09CuPTi的耐大气腐蚀性,并随稀土含量增高,钢的耐大气腐蚀性能增强.稀土对碳钢的耐大气腐蚀性没有明显改善.

     

    Abstract: The effect of RE on atmospheric corrosion resistance of carbon steel(A3),08CuPV and 09CuPTi steel has been investigated by outdoor exposure test,electrochemical alternate immersion test and alternative impedance method. The experimental results show that RE can increase resistance to atmospheric corrosion for 08CuPV and CuPTi, but no influence on carbon steel.
