树脂砂高温三轴力学特性

Investigation on the Triaxial Mechanics Properties of Resin Sands at Elevated Temperature

  • 摘要: 利用新研制的型砂高温三轴测试手段,首次测定了常用树脂型砂在围压作用下的高温三轴力学性能.试验结果揭示了传统研究方法的不足.并依据修正的强度理论对型砂高温力学特性提出新的解释.

     

    Abstract: The triaxial mechanics properties of a resin sand at elevated temperature are revealed through the recently developed trixaial apparatus for moulding sands.The traditional test method is found unreasonable by comparison with the present results;and the new comprehension to the high temperature behavior of moulding sand is given with the modified strength theory.
