Prediction Method of Pitting Fatgue Life for the Gears with Damaged Conditions

  • 摘要: 以GB3480-83为基础,通过理论分析,建立了齿轮点蚀面积率与运转时间的函数关系,提出了应用随机时间序列预测技术对有损伤的中低速重载齿轮点蚀疲劳寿命进行预测的计算方法.

     

    Abstract: Based upon GB3480-83,this paper establishes the function relation between pitting area and revolving period of gear,and puts forward the method about applying stochastic time order under middle and low speed and heavy duty.
