Nd-Fe-B合金的组织与组成对其腐蚀行为的影响

Effect of Structure and Composition on Corrosion Behavior of Nd-Fe-B Alloy

  • 摘要: 研究了Nd-Fe-B合金的组织与组成对其腐蚀行为的影响。对Nd-Fe-B合金各主要组成相在纯水和NaCl溶液中电位进行了测定,结果表明E(富Nd相)(基体相)(富B相)。Nd-Fe-B合金的腐蚀特征是晶界处的富钕相优先腐蚀,然后向晶粒内Nd2Fe14B基体相扩展。环境腐蚀试验结果表明,Nd-Fe-B合金中加入Dy后,耐蚀性提高;加入Al后,则耐蚀性有所下降。

     

    Abstract: The effects of composition and structure on corrosion behavior ofNd-Fe-B alloy have been studied.The potentials of all main phase of Nd-Fe-B alloy in pure water and NaCl solution were measured.The order of potential is E(Nd-rieh)<E(Nd2Fe14B major phase)<E(B-rich).The corrosion characteristic of Nd-Fe-B permanent alloy is that the Nd-rich grain boundary phase in the alloy is easier to be corroded than the Nd2Fe14B grain phase.The experiment results of eviromented corrosion tests showed that the corrosion resistance of the Nd-Fe-B alloy in solution is improved by the addition of Dysprosium,but reduced by the addition of Aluminium to the alloy.
