大拉杆有限元分析

Analysis of Large Tie Rod with Finite Element Method

  • 摘要: 针对1000t浮动轴式剪切机上的大拉杆,使用计算精度较高的20节点等参单元,按接触载荷在大拉杆两端孔的厚度方向上成均匀和梯形这两种不同分布规律,进行计算分析,得出了大拉杆在不同载荷分布规律时的应力分布规律和变形情况.

     

    Abstract: Distributive patterns of the stress and deformation For the large tie rod of the 1000t floating axle shear have been studied, with the contact load being even distribued and being distributed to lodder-type on the thickness of the holes at the both ends of the tie rod by the space substance elements with 20 joints.
