A Calculating Method of Withdrawal Resistance of Slab Continuous Caster

  • 摘要: 本文讨论了板坯连铸机拉坯阻力的计算方法,重点是根据金属材料高温蠕变特性,结合平板理论,给出二次冷却段凝固坯壳的鼓肚及支承辊矫平鼓肚的拉坯阻力计算公式.

     

    Abstract: The calculating method of withdrawal resistance of slab continuous caster is proposed. Based on the creep properties of steel at continuous casting temperature and the plate theory, the withdrawal resistance caused by leveling slab bulging is discussed.
