Application of CAD System for the Forging Processes

  • 摘要: 本文概要介绍了计算机辅助自由锻工艺设计系统的概况、系统的组成、系统的功能和系统的特点,以及应用的效果;具体描述了10大类40种自由锻件工艺的制订要求,每台阶轴优化设计中采用基本台阶单元技术和优化设计的思路和原理,并对专家系统的实用性、经济性、安全性、可靠性等作了较详细的说明。

     

    Abstract: This paper summarizes the overall design, function, features and results of utilization of CAD system for the forging processes. The design of the forging processes of 40 kinds of forging belonging to 10 classifications has been introduced. The optimizing design of multiple stepped shaft and auxiliary management of process documents are decribed. The system is advantage of perfect expert system, great variety designed forging and high degree of complexity.
