氢对ODS铁素体钢辐照性能的影响

Effect of Hydrogen on the Irradiation Behaviour of ODS Ferritic Steel

  • 摘要: 采用离子注入和高压电镜原位观察的方法,研究了氢对国产ODS铁素体钢辐照性能的影响.结果表明:室温注氢前后ODS铁素体钢的微观结构无明显变化;将其加热到500℃并电子辐照,未观察到辐照空洞,注氢与未注氢ODS铁素体钢室温电子辐照的结果表明:氢对点缺陷的迁移和聚集起着十分重要的作用。

     

    Abstract: The effect of hydrogen on the irradiation behaviour of oxide dispersion strengthened(ODS) ferritic steel was studied by means of ion bombarding at room temperature and irradiation in HVEM at room temperature and 500℃,respectively. Microstructure of ODS ferritic steel did not change at room temperature after hydrogen-ion bombarding. Observable voids were not formed during in-situ electron irradiation at 500℃ for the specimen bombarded with hydrogen. The electron irradiation experiments at room temperature for the specimens with and without hydrogen-ion bombarding, respectively, were performed. The results indicated that hydrogen played an important role in the motion and collection of point defect.
