Coarsening Behavior of γ" Precipitate in GH169 Alloy

  • 摘要: 利用透射电子显微镜,研究了GH169合金中γ"相的粗化长大行为,并用体扩散控制长大的LSW理论进行对比分析。结果表明,γ"相的粗化行为符合LSW理论,LSW理论可用来解释γ"相扩散控制的长大过程;然而高密度弥散析出有较大错配度的γ"相所具有的特殊性又决定了其颗粒大小的分布偏离了LSW理论。

     

    Abstract: The coarsening kinetics of γ' precipitates in GH169 alloy have been studied with transmission electron microscope. The measured coarsening rates and particlesize distributions were analyzed using LSW theory. The results show that the growth behavior of γ' phase follows the time-law predictions of LSW theory of diffusioncontrolled growth. However, the actual particle-size distribution is anomalous, it could be attributed to the γ' phase special characteristic of high density dispersion precipitation and a large lattice misfit.
