Ni-P-MoS2复合镀层的摩擦学行为

Tribological Behavoir of Ni-P-MoS2 Composite Coatings

  • 摘要: 研究了以Ni-P为基质,MoS2为分散剂的Ni-P-MoS2自润滑复合镀层的摩擦学行为。研究结果表明,Ni-P-MoS2复合镀层有较优异的减摩性能,MoS2颗粒的含量及镀时对其减摩性有很大的影响。镀层经过400℃的热处理后,减摩性略有下降,但其抗胶合能力和寿命有很大提高。

     

    Abstract: The tribological behavior of self-lubricating composite coatings of Ni-P-MoS2 with Ni-P as matrix and MoS2 as the dispersing agent is investigated.The results show that composite coatings of Ni-P-MoS2 have excellent antifriction and antiscuffing properties. The partical concentration of MoS2 and electroplating time have a great effect on its antifriction property. After heat treatment at 400℃ and one hour the antifriction property of the composite coating decrease slightly, but its antiscuffing capacity and service life increase greatly.
