Effect of Thermophysical Properties on Solidified Interface in HgCdTe Growth with THM

  • 摘要: 针对移动加热器法(THM)晶体生长特点,在建立适当数学模型的基础上,着重就热物性参数(晶体导热系数、石英透射率)对凝固界面形状和熔区位置的影响进行分析及数值计算,得到一些重要的结论。

     

    Abstract: Based on the characteristics of Travelling Heater Method, a proper mathematical model is developed. The effect of thermophysical properties on the solidified interface and melting zone is studied in detials.
