铁矿粉和煤粉复合等温还原

Isothermal Reduction for Composites of Iron Ore Fines and Coal Fines

  • 摘要: 通过铁矿粉和煤粉复合圆柱试样在1100~1250℃等温还原,研究了还原温度、还原时间和W煤粉/W矿粉比对还原度的影响,确定了适宜配煤量。用积分法计算了不同还原阶段的表现活化能。通过化学分析和电镜观察,检查了试样沿直径方向的还原均匀程度。

     

    Abstract: A composite cylindrical column of iron ore fines and coal fines was reduced isothermally at 1 100~1 250℃.The effects of temperature,time and Wcoal/Wore ratio on degree of reduction were studied and suitable additions of coal fines were determined.Activation energy values of the redution at different levels of fracational reaction were calculated with the help of an integration method.The reduction homogeneity of the composite cylindrical column in the radial directions were examined by chemical analysis and SEM observation.
