共沉淀法合成铌镁酸铅——钛酸铅介电陶瓷粉末

Sythesis of Lead Magnesium Niobate-Lead Titanate Dielectric Ceramic Powder by a Coprecipitation Process

  • 摘要: 通过共沉淀法合成铌镁酸铅-钛酸铅介电陶瓷粉末,经800℃焙烧后,X射线衍射研究表明几乎为单一钙钛矿相;经1 000℃烧结的陶瓷片其密度达到理论值的96.77%,20℃介电常数可达20 940。

     

    Abstract: A coprecipitation method was used for preparation of lead magnesium niobate-lead titanate dielectric ceramic powder.X-ray powder diffraction revealed that the powder calcinated at 800℃ had only perovskite phase.The density of ceramic discs sintered at 1 000℃ was up to 96.77% the theoretical value,and its dielectric constant was reached 20 940 at room temperature.
