不同材质高炉冷却壁热应力计算

Calculation and Analysis of the Thermal Stress on Blast Furnace Staves of Different Material

  • 摘要: 计算了铸铁冷却壁与铜冷却壁在相同条件下热面热应力。通过计算得知,铜冷却壁具有更小的热应力,其值远小于它的拉伸强度,不易使冷却壁产生裂纹。因此,从热应力能引起裂纹产生角度看,铜冷却壁性能优于铸铁冷却壁。

     

    Abstract: The thermal stress on the hot side of cast ironstaves and copper staves on the same condition was analyzed. It was known by calculating that, the thermal stress on the copper staves is smaller then copper sbave, and it is far less than the extension strength of the copper stave, so there is few cack occuring on the staves. Therefor, the property of the copper staves is better than that of the staves of cast iron.
