型材轧制的宽展模型

Spread Formulae of Section Steel Rolling

  • 摘要: 在分析了前人计算型材轧制宽展变形的各种方法之后,得出结论:现有的各种宽展模型不能满足CAD/CAE软件系统的需要。高精度的宽展模型必须分不同的孔型系统和轧机布置形式,由现场实验,经统计回归得到。用此方法,得到两组分别适用于横列式和复二重小型、线材轧制宽展模型。

     

    Abstract: Based on analysis of all kinds of methods that calculatal the spread of bar steel rolling,it came to the conclusion that any of them can not satisfy the needs of CAD/CAE software system. Accurate spread formulae must be studied out by experiments and regression analyses according to different roll passes and different rolling mill layout. Used this method,two groups of spread formulae are separately suitable for opentrain bar mills and doubledue wire as well as bar mills.
