超细粉体分级机离心逆流式转子三维旋转流场计算

3-D Rotation Flow Field Calculation in Classifer Rotor

  • 摘要: 应用商业化的流体模拟计算软件-PHOENICS开展了分级机转子中湍流流场的计算模拟工作,对分级机转子的单相三维旋转流场进行计算。转子内流场的分析应用旋转流场的理论,并且通过旋转流场理论来分析讨论数值计算结果.

     

    Abstract: The commercial code CFD (Computer Fluid Dynamics), PHOENICS, was applied to simulate the turbulent flow field in the classiffier rotor. The single-phase three dimensional rotation flow field in the rotor was calculated by use of this software. The numerical calculation results of the flow field in the rotor were discussed, The anaylsis shows that the numerical simulation can be used for the design and the improvement of the classiffier.
