高炉镶砖冷却壁温度场研究

Temperature Profile Research for Cast-in-brick Stave of Blast Furnace

  • 摘要: 开发了一个三维柱坐标系下冷却壁传热计算的计算机软件。应用该软件在给定的假设条件下研究了高炉镶砖冷却壁的温度分布情况,同时研究了炉内对流换热系数、冷却水速度、水管间距及砖衬厚度对冷却壁及耐火材料温度分布的影响.

     

    Abstract: Developes a three-dimensional heat transfer program in the cylindric coordinate system. Using the program, temperature Profile for cast-in-brick stave of blast furnace has been calculated. In the same time, the influence of the heat transfer coefficient in the furnace, the velocity of the cooling water. the distance between two pipes, and the thickness of the brick on the distribution of temperature on cooling wall has been studied.
