矿山10m3电铲动臂、斗杆应力的有限元分析

Analysis of the Stress of Giant Equipments Boom and Long Arm by Using Finite Element Method

  • 摘要: 确定了挖掘机动臂和斗杆的工作载荷和约束条件,然后分别采用平板单元和三维等参单元将动臂和斗杆离散,利用有限元法分析应力分布。

     

    Abstract: The work load and restrain condition of power shovel's boom and long arm are determined. Then, the method of finite element which are plate element and three-dimensional isoparamenter element is used to analyse the stress distribution.
