Deformation Texture of β Matrix in Ti3Al-Nb Alloy

  • 摘要: 研究了Ti-16%Al-30%Nb合金中立方β相基体在750℃压缩变形及退火过程中组织和织构变化的某些特征,结果表明,变形过程中111面平行于压缩面的取向是稳定取向,110面平行于压缩面的取向是不稳定取向。变形过程中各晶粒取向变化不大,退火后织构也无大变化。变形织构主要源自变形前的初始织构。还讨论了β相变形中稳定取向产生的原因以及在变形和退火过程中发生回复的可能性。

     

    Abstract: The texture changes and characteristics of β matrix in Ti-16%Al-30%Nb alloy was investigated during compression at 750℃ and annealing.It is shown that the grain orientations with111 plane parallel to compression plane are stable and the grain orientations with110 plane parallel to compression plane are unstable.The grain orientations have not been changed very much during deformation,neither after annealing.The deformation texture came mainly from initial texture before compression.The orientation stability of β phase during deformation and the possibility of recovery during annealing were also discussed.
