Flatness Control Strategy for CVC4-Hi Cold Rolling Mill

  • 摘要: 研究了宽带冷轧机的板形控制策略理论问题以及CVC四辊冷带轧机建立合理的板形控制策略的一般方法,在此基础上,以宝钢冷连轧机的第五机架为对象,建立了一套适用的板形控制策略模型。

     

    Abstract: Reasonable flatness control strategies for various controlling approaches are studied,which are very important to the flatness control characteristic of the high-tech cold rolling mills with much more flatness control actuators.An available flatness control strategy model for a CVC4-Hi cold rolling mill such as the cold rolling mill in Baoshan Iron and Steel Company is founded.
