同心圆柱套筒间接触热阻研究(Ⅰ):数学模型

Study of Contact Thermal Resistance Between Two Coaxial Cylindrical Layers(Ⅰ):Mathematical Model

  • 摘要: 建立了同心圆柱套筒表面间相互接触的粗糙单元体的三维稳态导热数学模型,给出了数学解析方法和接触热阻的解析表达式,结果表明,单元体的稳态热传导可表达为一个由接触缝隙间流体的热阻、粗糙热阻和收缩热阻构成的模拟电网络。

     

    Abstract: A mathematical model of three-dimensional steady-state heat conduction in the contact surface between two coaxial cylindrical layers is developed and an analysed solution of thermal resistance of contact is obtained.It is shown that the heat conduction in the rugosity unit cell may be reduced to an arrangement of the fluid thermal resistance,the rugosity thermal resistance and the constriction thermal resistance.
