同心圆柱套筒间接触热阻的研究(二):参数影响分析

Study of Contact Thermal Resistance between Two Coaxial Cylindrical Layers(Ⅱ):Parameter Analysis

  • 摘要: 应用同心圆柱套筒间接触热阻的三维稳态传热数学模型,分析了不同几何形状参数对收缩热阻的影响,给出了收缩函数A的极限值表达式;还讨论了热物性参数和接触面上的压力对接触热阻的影响。

     

    Abstract: The mathematical model of three-dimensional steady-state heat conduction in the contact surface between two coaxial cylindrical layers is used for analysing the effects of geometric, mechanical and thermal parameters on the contact thermal resistance.The limit value of the constriction function A is found and the influence of contact pression is studied.
