抗静电碳纤维复合材料的研制

Study of Anti-electrostatic Carbon Fibre Composite

  • 摘要: 研究了不同组份的碳纤维-聚氯乙烯复合材料的导电性。结果表明,该复合材料电阻率与碳纤维的含量及其的长度有关。研制出通用型沥青碳纤维-聚氯乙烯彩色塑料地板。该地板具有较好的抗静电及耐磨性能。

     

    Abstract: The electric conducting of polyvinyl chloride composite containing different contents was investigated.The results show that the electric conductivity of the composite is influenced by the length and contents of carbon fibres.Isotropic pitch-based carbon fibres PVC color plastic flour is successfully made,which has a better anti-static electricity and wearability.
